East Ridge is currently expanding, with lots in Phase 3 now available to purchase. Municipal staff are available to assist with the development process; those looking to expand, relocate or establish a new business, are welcome. 

Phase 3 servicing of the business park is currently underway.

Current tenants of East Ridge Business Park include the Walkerton Clean Water CentreWestario Power, the South Bruce OPP, Cox Signs, Weiler's Cleaning and many other companies. Prime office space is also available for lease. The award-wining Best Western Plus Walkerton is conveniently located in the park, hosting business functions, conferences and more. Your staff and clients will also appreciate having a fully licensed restaurant, the 519 Table & Pour, within the park.
