Parking tickets are issued by the Municipality of Brockton's By-Law Enforcement Officer for drivers contravening the Municipality's Consolidated Traffic and Parking By-Law. You will also be issued a Notice of Impending Conviction to remind you of the parking ticket, and its applicable due date. You have the option to voluntarily pay the ticket at the Municipal Office by cash, cheque, or debit.
After the due date included on your Notice of Impending Conviction letter has passed, the Municipality provides a list of unpaid tickets to the Grey County Provincial Offences Court located at 595 9th Avenue East, Owen Sound, ON N4K 3E3. Payment then must be made, along with the additional court costs, to the Provincial Offences Court in accordance with the Provincial Offences Act.
