Vendor Licences
Individuals wishing to sell their goods or services (such as door-to-door sales, produce stands, food trucks/refreshment vehicles) within Brockton must be issued a Vendor Licence from the Municipality.
Vendors must comply with all conditions in the Municipality of Brockton's Transient Trader By-Law and Outdoor Vending/Refreshment Vehicle Licencing By-Law.
Please note: The Municipality has been collecting public feedback on our current vendor licencing regime and will be consolidating these two by-laws into one Vendor Licencing By-Law.
Vendor Licences can be issued on an daily or annual basis depending on the type of event/service being provided. Separate fees apply to licences issued for a day, and licences issued for the year.
