Freedom of Information

The Municipality of Brockton will provide as much information as possible to the public while keeping personal and protected information private. The Municipality must follow the rules set out in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act provides individuals with a right of access to certain records under the custody and control of the Municipality. 

You must submit a Request Form along with a $5.00 request fee if you would like to access records of the Municipality of Brockton. There may also be a charge for the search time involved with your request ($7.50 per 15 minutes), and photocopy costs.
